  The last multiple times I have been to this particular establishment, there was always something majorly wrong. Things can read correctly on the receipt and still there will be something grossly wrong with the order. From forgetting items to including extremely unwanted condiments (no, you can't just scrape off the mustard or mayo) to only giving a single burger when you paid for a double, I am sick of it. This BK has seriously gone downhill this past year and we will no longer be giving them our business.

  Service here has been declining the past several visits. I was overcharged on one order and waited five minutes for it to be corrected before I gave up and walked out with my order. They need to make sure that whoever is taking orders knows what their specials are and charges you the correct price for them.

  Drive thru times can be a little long sometimes but overall a good place to go and eat.
